How to remove Recycler & System Volume Information folder from PC

Dear Friends,

These are the steps to remove Recycler & System Volume Information folder from your system-

                     

 Steps-

(1) While rebooting your system, press F8 key to enter into safe mode.

(2) Open Task Manager and close the RECYCLER.exe process.

(3) Delete the autorun.inf and other suspicious exe files in the recycler folder.

(4) Open registry editor and modify the NoDriveTypeAutoRun key with 03ffffff in following key-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE

(5) Run your Antivirus to scan your system.

That's it.

(2) After installation, restart your Firefox browser.

(3) Now change your browser’s default user-agent to a mobile like iPhone 3.0

                      

(4) Now your computer’s web browser (Firefox) will be recognized as a mobile browser.

(5) Open https://www.irctc.co.in/mobile in Firefox and you’ll get the mobile website that will be very fast.

                                  

In my opinion, different server is used by IRCTC to provide mobile users faster access to all the information they need.

How to configure IE to download more than two files at one time

Dear Friends,

By default, Windows Internet Explorer7 and earlier versions limit the number of files that you can download at one time to two.

And Internet Explorer8 limits the number of files that you can download at one time to six.

This tutorial will help you to increase the number of files to 10.

Steps-

(1) Go to http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9643522 to download MicrosoftFixit50098.msi file.

(2) Download and run this file in your computer machine.

                     

 Note- If you are not on the computer that has the problem, you can save the MicrosoftFixit50098.msi to a pen drive and then run it on the computer that has the problem.
